Welcome to The Continental Care Center at Seymour

It gives me great pleasure to share our mission with you. To improve the lives of the people we serve through compassion and innovation in health care. Since our purchase in November 2006 we have been living our mission.

We have remodeled our living room, TV room, opened up our dining room along with applying new flooring, purchasing new furniture, painting walls, and upgrading all of our monitoring systems.

Remodeling efforts have been extended into the corridors with a couple of the resident rooms completed. We continuously work on maximizing our quality of care and care delivery by way of education and in-service. At CCCS we have dedicated staff that are ready to serve you with care and compassion and provide the care you are looking for in a place like home.
